Merry Christmas from me to you

A very Merry Christmas from me to you.

I'm sorry to have been absent for such a long time, and absent from your blogs too,
it wasn't my intention to be away so long.

We had a little life hiccup mid- October which rather threw me into a tailspin.
Nothing too worry about, no illness or worse.

I really needed to hide for a bit but now what I need to do is to give myself a good shake, an even bigger talking to and get back to real life!

I've never been a person prone to "low" moments but I was completely thrown for a while, menopausal hormones possibly made things worse!

I aim to recharge over Christmas and be back to my normal self in the New Year.

Many thanks to everyone who contacted me, either by commenting or by email, you truly are some lovely people and it was very much appreciated.
It really helped to have real-life friends around and many blog-friends at the other end of the pc.

Just to put a positive spin on things, I've lost nearly a stone in weight so every cloud........

Now pass me the double chocolate, steamed, melting-in-the-middle pudding!!

Sending lots of love & see you in 2015!

Jay

  17. Jay! So nice to see you back! I'm sorry that you have had stress in your life. That being said, I think you have done the right thing by having a break and regrouping. I'm glad you shared the hormonal thing... I have had so many hot flashes as of late, I'm pretty sure that I'm about to melt! And it's freezing out!

  18. I'm undeniably frustrated with struggling to search out relevant and brilliant Formula 41 Extremecommentary on this subject. Everybody now goes to the very far extremes to either drive home their viewpoint that either: everyone else in the planet is wrong, or two that everyone but them does not really understand the situation. Many thank you for your succinct, applicable insight.

  20. Black Label NO Stick to a realistic schedule when you are trying to build muscle to reduce the risk of injury. If you are just a beginner, engage in difficult workouts no more than two times a week; if you have been doing it for a while, you can add an additional day to your rotation.

  22. Pure Testo Xplode Be careful of which methods you use, as some of them can be ineffective. You can risk serious injury by doing neck work, dips and split squats which can involve dangerous joint positions. Instead, use heavier weights primarily for exercises such as rows, presses, deadlifts and squats.

  25. Pure Testo Xplode Building muscle will require you to eat more of a variety of foods. You will want to focus on eating enough for you to gain roughly a pound each week. Research ways to bump up your calories, and if after about two weeks you have not gained any weight, you may want to raise the number of calories you are eating again.

  26. Elevate GF One effective strategy is to mix up the kind of grip in the back. Use a mixed or staged grip to perform rack pulls or deadlifts to achieve greater strength. A staggered grip will help you twist the bar in a singular direction, while at the same time, your underhand twists the bar in another direction. This type of grip will prevent the bar from moving during lifts.

  27. Utopian Cleanse 360 When sitting at your desk, you can do exercises for your stomach. The primary muscle that we need to work on when we are focused on flattening our abdomens is the transversus abdominis. Suck your stomach in as much as possible, hold it and breathe out a couple of times. This is an exercise you can easily do anywhere to get rid of your tummy fat.

  28. TESTO FACTOR X To get the most from your workouts, figure out your limit and go beyond it, not stopping until you are totally wiped out. When completing a set of exercises, keep pushing yourself until you cannot complete another push-up or lift the bar one more time. You can reduce the number of reps in each set to allow yourself to truly push to your maximum.

  31. T Complex Testosterone Booster If you want to get toned, then use lower weights and more reps and sets. For best results, do 15 or more reps per set, with a rest break of no more than 60 seconds per set. By doing this, you are letting your lactic acids flow, which in turn, helps muscle growth.

  32. T Complex Testosterone Booster One of the most important things you can do to aid in muscle building is to stretch after working out. If you are under the age of 40, every stretch should be held for a minimum of 30 seconds. Older people--those over the age of 40--should hold each stretch for a minute or longer. This will work to prevent any injuries from happening after you have worked your muscles.
